Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of Mind. Look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true. Think only of the best, work only for the best and expect only the best. Forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future. Give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others. Live in the Faith that the whole world is on your side so long as you are true to the best that is in you!

This is a quote from one of my friend which she took from Christian D. Larson.
i find this quote very encouraging and tells us a lot about giving OUT the best in us. This should be the way we live our life . Not only in dance but in every aspect of our life . Be it in ur studies or the other things u commit your time into we need to possess this kinda of optimism and a spirit of excellence.

Time flies fast, in a glance you will be in poly or jc or even a working adult. So really cherish the time u have now when you are still young and live your youth to the fullest. So when you grow up and u look back you can tell people what a amazing teenage years u have experienced.

No matter what we are getting for syf i believe you guys have learn something out of this whole course of training. Maybe being more discipline , or improvement in ur dance , in ur sharpness , in ur technique??

i am glad to see some of you guys rising up to take charge and making sure the whole team function as one .

i am glad to see dancers improving esp these i trained for dancework and stay on .. i can frankly tell u guys that u all REALLY REALLY REALLY improve a lot...

for the current sec 2's your dance level is a great leap when u'r in sec 1. I see many potential dancers in this batch and u girls are definitely going to be the one that is gonna lead the whole bendemeer dance cca a higher level up...so nvr give up this passion and continue to work harder and harder having a greater vision and purpose .. really hope to see u guys continue to come for dance training even after syf and train urself up ,, for dance work next year or for any other competition that is coming up...

we are only left with 2 more weeks, dont not be complacent and neither be tired of it... this is the last lap we are going to run...

whenever i listen to the song, i am able to visualise u guys hitting each and every beat of the music , u guys move formation fast and sharp everything is execute nicely so if i can visualise it u guys definitely can do it...so really give in ur best for this two weeks. put syf as one of ur piorities...

and when u guys are finally on stage dance your hearts off, dance to ur fullest , give everthing out, do not withold anything , just express urself freely and strong, and lastly dance without any regrets

At the end of the day no matter what we get for syf ... please dont give up this passion for dancing .. always keep it burning strong..
